What days/times are classes?
All Classes are held Monday- Wednesday from 8:30AM to 2:30pm
Is this a co-op?
No, we charge tuition and function more like a school. Our teachers have backgrounds and degrees in education. Parents are not required to work any class hours, but are encouraged to volunteer to make our special events and fundraisers successful!
What subjects are taught at Arrows?
We offer classes in Math, Science, ELA, Social Studies, Art and Music.
Are there extracurricular classes/ activities?
Yes! TCVA offers a basketball team, Academic Challenge/ Quiz Bowl team and chorus and band ensemble.
What should I teach at home?
For the subjects taught at TCVA, your child will get assignments from their teacher that you will need to complete with them at home each week. As a parent, you are still your child’s primary teacher.
Is the curriculum included?
Yes. TCVA uses a professionally-created curriculum for students K-6th grades.
What are the payment options? Are there scholarships?
Tuition can be paid in full at the beginning of the year or via a payment plan. All tuition payments are made online through our Dream Class SIS. Currently, we are unable to offer scholarships.
Do I still have to register as a homeschooler?
Yes!!!! You are still the primary teacher of your child! According to SC law, you must register under one of three options. Click here for details.
